Responsibilities:

1. Employee relations: handling of personnel entry, guidance, employment confirmation, transfer, resignation, etc. and updating and management of employee files;

2. Social security handling: responsible for employees' social security accumulation fund handling and ledger management;

3. Attendance management: responsible for data management and statistics of employee attendance system;

4, employee files: responsible for the maintenance and management of employee files.

 

Conditions of employment:

1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related major;

2. At least 3 years working experience in human resources;

3. Have in-depth understanding and practical experience in human resources management and personnel operation module;

4. Familiar with national, regional and enterprise related contract management, employment mechanism, insurance benefits, training and other aspects of laws and regulations and policies;

5, diligent, motivated, able to endure hardship, strong ability to resist pressure;

6. Good communication and coordination, work planning and implementation ability.
